Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Fiberluma is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return Policy. Custom-made or special-order products are not eligible for return unless defective.
